What can you expect from your sessions?

Initial Session
There is one initial session that is 60 minutes long where we go over medical history, labs (if available), nutrition history, and goals.

We Create your Plan
After establishing your needs and goals is time to create your plan together.

Follow-Up Session
The follow-ups are 30 mins and in these sessions, we will go over what went well, the challenges, and progress, to create a new plan together.
